Color by color...honestly I go nuts if it isn't, just me! The only thing that isn't by color is the little shelves of scrap type fabric that I also look through before cutting yardage for a block or two and for Boom block swaps. Just a little bit comes in pretty handy and the batiks have their own space as well as blenders and tone on tones by the bolt.
