I have done several autograph pens and found the Pentel Fabric Gel Pen to be the best. I ordered mine from Amazon. They are more expensive, but they are great. They do dry up so keep the lid on.

She didn't use Pentel Fabric Gel Pen which is the best I have ever used. Just like using a regular pen, the ink doesn't run or smear. Very bold. I have washed a sample in hot bleach water many times and it's still looks like new. . Walmart has them online.
