I have some good news. The house had actually been on the market for one week. Wait, not even 1 week as that would be tomarrow. Any-way, we got a verbal offer today. 
I think we are gonna take it! We will probably have to deal w/all of this by e-mail as we are gonna head back to Brady tomarrow.
A word of caution. A friend had a verbal offer on her house. The buyer, stalled until she was almost desperate to sell. She discovered this is a technique a less than honorable investor uses to back someone into a corner so they're willing to drop the price so to get it sold. Lesson: get it in writing with a deadline for closing escrow.
