I love mine! It's one of the few appliances that truly "earned its counter space".

It's a game-changer for mashed potatoes, beans, and boiled eggs. I use it 2-3 times a week.
New seals can be bought inexpensively. I've seen some people recommend that you use one seal for savory/flavorful foods, and another for sweet or mildly-flavored foods. I just throw my seal in the dishwasher, which seems to eliminate any strong smells. (I do keep an extra seal onhand, in case it gets damaged or something.)
People rave about its ability to make yogurt, but I haven't tried that yet.
DH *loves* Mississippi Roast. It turns out great in the Instant Pot, and it only takes 25-30 minutes (plus a few minutes to come to pressure, and a few minutes afterwards to let the pressure release naturally).
