The block is called, Tulip Quilt Block. It makes a 9" X 9" block & I added the purple border around it to make it 12-1/2 X 12-1/2 inches. It's a free pattern that I printed out from this site.

I tried to match the PP Tulip pattern the best I could!! I hope this answer's your question.
