Those few seams don't seem to be out by much but I can understand if it's annoying you. I would undo the offending seams and try fudging them. Nice work BTW. There are a lot of seams to line up in this pattern so it's not one I envision making but good for you for having a go and I hope it turns out to your satisfaction.
