We can only receive positive feedback from each member only so many times in a specific time frame, not sure how long that is though. I don't think it has anything to do with our email.
The feedback is still on our feedback page it is just that our feedback number doesn't change unless it is posted by a member who hasn't sent us feedback before (in a certain time frame I think).
Clear as mud, right?
