I am going to call her Lizzie as she was made in Elizabeth Port, New Jersey according to her number on the bottom. I have oiled all 10 spots and fixed the tensions so she is sewing a nice stitch. I took out her drip pan liner as it was smelling funky. I will probably replace the plug and foot pedal as it is green and probably not original to the machine. I will use it as is for now. I will be taking her for a checkup soon as I don't have the proper lubricant for the motor or know how to do that. The screws on the faceplate are also stuck so a professional will need to do that for cleaning. I also need to pick up some bobbins as I only have the one in the machine.
The case and tray are sitting out in the sun to help with the musty smell but I might need to strip the case later.
