You will want to use a heavy duty needle in the machine tho as the denim is hard on them. :thumbdown:
I really like the idea of the totes. Did you square off the ends to make the bottom boxy? Could be a lot of denim to sew through. One could really jazz up the totes depending on the fabric squares one uses; add some sequins, buttons or other embellishments. Or using some colored khaki or twill instead of the denim or with the denim.....Thinking thinking thinking. Thanks for sharing and thanks for donating to your friends benefit.
