Pattern minus directions
This has happened to me a couple of times and it just did again. I ordered fabric and a pattern to make a specific quilt (I won't mention the pattern or designer) and all I got was fabric, and a pamphlet showing the different blocks. No hint whatsoever on how to put the blocks together, no helpful instructions, no clue when to add sashing or its measurements , nothing.
i don't know about you, but I always understood that a pattern was supposed to have specific Instructions. I've even had one that completely skipped a crucial step! Nowhere did it say in the description that the maker should be a psychic or a mind reader.
IMO, patterns are expensive enough to start with; how about giving us our money's worth?
