Another MIchigander here who chose NOT to pick blueberries today. I stopped at the handy-dandy farm stand and bought them. Sending them back to Indiana with my grandson who has been with me this the week. He is a terrific quilt "designer". I have been collecting orphan blocks from my guild members and to turn into quilts for refugee families. My grandson and I laid out four quilts for me to work on this winter. I have one more baby quilt to do by October first. No big deal you say.... I return to full time work at the university in just 4 weeks. Yikes! So many quilts so little time. Will see what I can knock out in four weeks. Staying inside out of the hot humid stuff is a boon to my quilting projects!
