This is another of our Christmas 2009 gifts that have been patiently waiting to be quilted.
I do have a question. Some of our others have had slightly wavy borders, but this one thinks it's in a parade! I know I can do something to minimize/prevent this - is there a tutorial somewhere to show me how?
Thanks,

I was taught that for border measurement....first measure length of quilt in 3 place....left side, middle & right side & then average these 3 measurements and cut border that length...for the horizontal measurement, after sewing on side borders, measure across top, middle and bottom...average these measurements and cut width wide piece for top and bottom... I've always done this and all quilts were flat...one day I didn't measure this way and quilt wavy edges.
