I most love the planning of a quilt and choosing the fabrics for it. I least like the actual quilting just because it is a job to wrestle the quilt around while it is in the machine.
Since I spray baste, that is not a big deal. I got a 60x52" quilt sandwiched and basted in about a half hour on Sunday, after the backing and batting were cut. ('Course, I have a little residue on my kitchen bar, but it will come off with a scrubbie)
