They weren't sandwiched. All the pieces were included.

We use 2 gal zip bags for sm to md/sm size. Mine are Raley's brand. Larger than that may require tying. Maybe a restaurant supply store would have larger. Or maybe find them online.

I see Cybrian has a source at Walmart in the Laundry.
