I add cayenne instead of seasoned salt just because I like the heat.
Dip flattened chicken breasts in egg. Then coat with crumbs. Fry in oil. I found it on Allrecipes.
They sell white gravy mixes at our local store that I use for topping. Left overs make good sandwiches.
Down in Texas I learned a neat substitute for the egg in this recipe. Try using buttermilk (I know, what?) its sounds strange at first, but after one taste, you will understand. It tenderizes the chicken, pork or beef and adds a wonderful complexity to any of them. I have even used it on fish.
