Fusible Grid is the only way I will agree to do t-shirt quilts. I love to do them on the grid. Don't have to iron on before cutting and then cutting and then sewing. Just cut t-shirt blocks to 12 and iron on the squares. add sashing between blocks and sew. TOP COMPLETE! Beautiful way to get the t-shirts all lined up and perfect. I don't find that the grid makes them stiff. The more you work with it the more flexible it gets.
