Default Wall hanging fusible?

I have made many king and queen quilts over the years, but have no experience with wall hangingings. Now I've moved into a bigger house with lots of blank walls that I want to fill up. So I have 2 "rows" from the Row by Row Experience that I want to make into wall hangings. They are raw edge appliqué. I've use Heat and Bond Lite, Steam a Seam, Wonder Under, etc. But I'm thinking, since it won't need to be washed, if I should use Heat and Bond Heavy and not worry about stitching down the edges. What are others experience with doing it this way? Thank you for giving your opinions.
