Hard for me to draw with my computer but hopefully this will give you an idea, my lines are in black. I would use a fine thread like invisifil
http://www.softexpressions.com/softw...ads/WNInvF.php so you don't see the thread, just the texture left behind. The beauty of Invisifil is it seems to mimic the color fabric it is quilted on. so maybe the gray color.
