ROFL! To this day I get lyrics mixed up, yet if I happen to get an ear-worm (hear a song I keep humming or singing to myself that I can't forget) and I don't know the lyrics to, I'll fill in the unknown words for whatever fits and sing the song that way. Have done that my entire life.
