I don't have a long-arm -
but if I did send my quilts out, I would think the long-armer would appreciate getting a top that is "square", laying flat and smooth/even, and with no seams are pulling apart.
I know that some long-armers perform miracles in getting a lumpy quilt top to "cooperate", but why should they have to?
