If you haven't found them yet, under the Help Button in the EQ7 software there are printable PDF Lessons for you. I'm working my way through them right now and find them quite good so far, but it's early yet ;o). This is my second attempt to get a handle on it, as my first attempt I was having difficulty wrapping my head around the approach the software takes and find it less intuitive than I expected. I'll be interested in hearing how it goes for you.
