You might also contact the Singer Co thru their website. They have a lot of manuals on the website to download, but it doesn't appear that yours is there. They might be able to help you.
Edit: I just did some quick searches. Your machine looks very similar to a 237. There is manual for a 237 on the Singer Co website. It's a free download. That may help you.
