Method of adding a narrow accent flange
When I sew on the narrow 1"(folded)strip ...do you apply it left and right of quilt ...then top and bottom in strips? or...do you apply it around the quilt like you would apply binding? Wouldn't that make the corners really thick. I just want the narrow flange as an accent and then I want to apply a wider border.
