Odd that you are not allowed to post a tutorial ... seems everyone else can!
Is yours basically done the same way as the link above?
I put a flange on my PC quilt, long before I knew of the method above .... but my way did let me do the hand stitching for the finish of the binding. I prefer that much more than a machine stitched finish.
