Complete pattern for the squares and triangles is in the free pattern from Moda (link in post #7 above). Just use framed squares to make the quilt shown.
To those who don't see the seams - I can't see them either in the original post, but in the quilts found online that look like this one, there are seams in the diamonds, and they refer back to the Moda pattern, which is constructed with seams in the diamonds.
