I hope so. They are Ribbon Smyth's Rainbow Dye for rayon and cotton. Paint dry using a small brush. To blend colors wet the motif, I use a small spray bottle, the colors will blend. Allow to dry and press on the back of the motif or lace with hot dry iron Dye is permanently fixed.
