I would most likely put a light solid sashing on first, then add another scrappy round (made from 4 patches) and then finally a large sashing to finish it off. Finally I would bind it in scrappy binding. I guess it really depends on where it will be used. So many options, for sure. I find the more scrappy things I make like quilts, runners, pouches and kennel pads, the more scraps there seem to be.
