No sashing on this one, imho. It looks too cool and put together this way. Sashing would just break it up into little blocks that wouldn't be one complete unit like it is now.
Maybe a few borders would help reduce the scraps. Flying geese, hour glass, piano keys, a narrow border combined with a 4P border, and then some more borders.
