if you are doing a jelly roll race with it, i'd just sew it as is with a generous seam allowance. the ravelling won't show that way. if it were mine, though, i'd take the time to trim each piece. maybe the previous tip would have been to use an electric hair trimmer to buzz off the fuzz?
