Thank you all so much! I appreciate everyone's input. After looking up all the patterns, I am going with the first one. I was leaning towards that one, and it got more votes. I do really like the HST that DJ sent. I want to keep it modern and neutral as that is what they wanted. I hope I can do that. I will send pics when I am done. Thanks again to everyone.
