Here's another yummy one. These are good enough for company.
Tilapia Lemon Parmesan
Rinse filets in cold water and drain thoroughly. Top with butter or margarine and sprinkle with lemon juice. Broil about 4 inches from source of heat for 5-6 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with fork.
Top each portion with 1-2 T of Lemon-Parmesan Sauce; broil 2-3 minutes or until sauce puffs and turns golden brown.
Lemon-Parmesan Sauce
1 C mayonnaise
2 T fresh lemon juice
½ C grated Parmesan cheese
