We take a big piece of foil wrap and spray it with a cooking spray. Then we layer fish first, then maybe some sliced mushrooms, sliced zucchini, chopped regular onion or green onion, chopped tomatoes and whatever else we happen to have. In the summer we put on chopped herbs from our herb garden. Then you wrap it all up and either cook it in the oven on 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes or we put it on the BBQ with the lid down. It is so good. My husband and I love it and he never used to like fish.
