It is an Epson Stylus Photo R300 Series.
It's almost gotten trashed several times.
One time - after I took it in to someplace to get it fixed - and I was told it would be cheaper to buy a new one - I brought in and just set it down "hard" and that rejuvenated it.
The reset for this machine is:
Press: Stop, Power, and Maintenance keys all at once.
It then makes a horrible sound like gears are being stripped.
Sometimes it works.
