Hi Northern Lass, i just came across your lovely stained glass quilt made with the beautiful Fabric Freedom fabrics by Sally Ablett. I have been hoarding the very same fabrics ("too nice to cut") for some time and have just completed my quilt. I am pretty inexperienced and was looking for inspiration how to quilt this when I found yours. How did you quilt yours - ditch stitch all the black strips, or an all over pattern? I am limited to a domestic sewing mc and only have basic fmq skills, and don't want to detract from the lovely fabrics. Your advice would be appreciated. Thank you' Ingrid in Tasmania
