Hello, I am a new member from Southern Illinois. I have been following this Board for a few years and found this group to be so helpful and supportive. I am new to quilting as I started quilting four years ago and three years ago, I taught myself FMQ (with a lots of help from you tube and other web sites),that I find fascinating. I have sewn garments for 73 years (mostly children clothes, wedding gowns and formal wear). But now I love to make quilts, as every aspect of creating a quilt, I find fascinating. I look forward to getting up enough courage to post and reply, someday.
