As far as the oiliness, I've had some luck using Simple Green. Put about 1/3 cup in the top loading washer with the regular laundry detergent. Sometimes I will pre-soak with a splash of Simple Green and water in the laundry sink while I do the other colored laundry. Then when I get to those colors, I just throw it in the washer. By the way, I'm really glad to hear that my husband is not the only one with this issue. He bathes every night before bed, and we still have the skin oil all over the pillowcases.
