.....I always rub a lemon all over the fish first...... It does make a difference... Then you can do whatever you want with it...(grill it with some persley or other herbs inside the cavity (garlic...You may add some hot chili if you like... ...some baked potates ( we like the tiny one) and a great salad with a cup of red wine...
I even cook the fish with rice (plenty of herbs and some hot chili...union and garlic of course)...
Fish is really not that bad as long as its fresh...
