I just had another near disaster. I have been making my blocks all along and I thought I had squared each one before putting it on its stack. Well there were 5 of the Fresh lilacs that were never squared. After I did that, the 10 1/2 inch sashing strip fit nicely.
But I got confused on the part about the light brown. Those are the cornerstones. Right? For the fresh lilacs I am using dark purple. Then my beige for the sashing and the setting triangles. I cut some 7 inch squares and they don't fit anywhere. Has anyone else advanced this far?
