Some ideas ....

* Leave it as is and use it as your backing.

* Use it as a large panel on the front, with some borders around it.
Depending on how much work you want to put into it, your borders could include the school name or initials, year, mascot name (or pic) etc. Or you could quilt those details into the border fabrics.

* Similarly, you could cut the printed strips apart, and put other fabrics between them.
Or those inserts could be pieced sections such as flying geese, etc.
