Problems with lower tension
I hope someone is able to help me. My mom called me and told me she was having problems with her lower tension being to loose. She has changed the needle, cleaned the machine, messed with the tension and nothing is working. Has any one had this problem before happening out of the blue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
