I, too, have had the same thing happen to me. I ordered a kit and one piece of fabric (a major one) was not in the pack. I called the company immediately and they were great - sent more than what was needed but they were right on getting to me. When I started quilting 7 years ago, I ordered some kits and love the companies even if they were running late to get some one piece might not be in the package (with a small note about it coming later) and it was sent with more than what was needed.
