This is what I did all around the border edge. The cursive writing eased the fabric slightly to the right. When I did my edge stitching to get ready for the binding, it further shifted the fabric to the right. What a mess of tunneling fabric! I ripped the edge stitching all out and restitched the edge counter clockwise shoving the whole quilt through the harp. A real pain but it worked like a charm.
