so you LA quilters out there--when you are asked to quilt a two sided quilt where it's very distinct blocks on both sides, how do you keep the blocks lined up on both sides so you aren't cutting off part of a block on the backside? Do you add strips of fabric to the back to use to clamp off of? and do you charge extra for that process? (since your back quilt would not likely have 4-6" extra on each side)?
