My friend and i trade jobs, she puts on my binding, and i do some cutting for her..She gets the binding all ready to go,pieced and folded and pressed. my hands don't work to well with hand sewing..so this set up works for me.
to pay for postage back and forth to someone,for putting the binding on,would be out of my price range..if she were local, i would do it. And if my friend doesn't have anything to be cut out, i pay her..20 or 25 bucks. she doesn't charge me, but thats what i give her anyways..so she can buy fabric too! ( i never make anything larger than a twin as a rule..she mostly does my baby quilts)
