I would go for the fifth-wheel with the "toy garage". made for motorcycles, atv, bikes,etc. Would make a great sewing room. Get one without all the extra beds back there. Saw one in Rapid City awhile back, had lift door in back, screen around that area, lots of storage, washing machine...I thought it would make a lovely quilters castle.
