I have a book called Bennie Harper's Quilt Album and the center block is the four birds touching noses in the center. I think it is the block in Ruth's post of the electic quilt site. However, the doves are not set in a star, they are just set in a square block. I think I have your address from the birthday block swap, if you want I'll send you the book to look at.
