the important thing is not to create steam or moisture or it won't be crispy anymore. i would reheat it in the oven. my mom would be horrified to turn on the big oven for a few pieces of chicken. luckily, i have a toaster oven to do it in. if you don't, and the thought of turning on the oven for this task goes against the grain, perhaps you can plan on putting in a cake or something when the chicken is done
