I like to make a BIG bowl of all prepared salad in the fridge. I wash and tear my romaine up into bite size pieces, lay it out on paper towels while I prepare all the other vegatables ( Gr. Onions, radishes, cauliflower, broccoli, red and yellow peppers etc.) to go into a salad. I put a paper towel in the bottom of the bowl to absorb any moisture left, toss all the ingredients together and put a paper towel on top of the bowl and put the bowl in a plastic bag in the fridge.
