Joann's has quite a few items locked up. Some scissors, rotary blades, and colored ink pens. When I have bought rotary blades and scissors there, the manager (only managers can unlock the items) have taken them up front & I had to tell the check out person. On Friday when I was there, I bought a package of Pigma pens and she unlocked them and handed them to me. The store was very crowded and busy and that was a day I really thought they would take them up front.
