Jaba, please PM me your email addy and I will send you a copy where it proves I sent it out on 10/24. Post office is crazy if they didn't mail it until 11/1~! If that is truly the case I plan on showing them the receipt and tracking information. Maybe they can refund your postage. Just a thought
